This premium service is available complimentarily for bulk orders, and for non-bulk orders with specific delivery date and time requests with a 2-day notice and may incur additional charges starting from CAD 4.96.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Delivery Timeframe:- We offer nationwide shipping; however, delivery times and shippable items may vary depending on your location. Our estimated delivery times are provided during the ordering process.
Perishable Nature:- Our sweets are fresh, handcrafted, and perishable in nature. The taste and texture are at their best when enjoyed soon after delivery.
No Return Policy:- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Refund Policy:- If your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition due to issues during shipping, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receipt. We may request photographic evidence of the issue to assess and improve our processes. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a partial or full refund or a replacement of the affected items.

Delivery Charges:- We offer shipping on all inter-city orders. However, a nominal flat rate fee of $20 is estimated for handling and shipping on all orders, which is waivable for bulk orders. This fee helps us ensure your sweets are carefully packaged and promptly delivered to you.
Packaging & Freshness:- Our team takes great care in preparing and packaging your sweets. We use quality packaging materials to maintain freshness and quality during transit.
