Delivery Charges: We keep our delivery rates low to offer the best value to our customers.

Delivery Options: We offer two delivery services:

Standard Delivery – Low-cost service with flexible delivery times.
- Lobby Drop-Offs: Condo deliveries follow our Condo Delivery Protocol, which may require lobby drop-off or coordination with building security.
- If complete delivery information is not provided, our staff will drop off your parcel at the lobby.
Premium Delivery – Available for:
- Bulk orders (Free)
- Non-bulk orders requiring a specific date/time (with at least 2 days’ notice, extra charges starting at $4.96 CAD).

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Jalebi Queen, we prioritize customer satisfaction and product quality. As we deal with perishable items, our return and refund policy is as follows:

Quality Assurance: We take great care in preparing and packaging our sweets in eco-friendly reduced-plastic packaging to ensure they arrive in the best condition.

Gift Packaging:

We offer gift packaging options for special occasions.
Gift packaging requests must be mentioned at the time of ordering.
Additional charges may apply based on packaging type and customization.

Delivery Timeframe: We offer nationwide shipping; delivery times and available items may vary based on location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

Perishable Nature: Our sweets are fresh, handcrafted, and best enjoyed soon after delivery.

No Return Policy: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Refund Policy: If your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition due to shipping issues, please contact customer support within 24 hours of receipt.

We may request photographic evidence to assess and improve our processes.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a partial/full refund or a replacement of affected items.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
We will try to accommodate cancellations if the order is not yet processed.

Nationwide Shipping:- We offer nationwide shipping across Canada, bringing the authentic taste of our sweets to your home, no matter where you are.

Estimated Delivery Time:- Our estimated delivery times will be provided during the ordering process based on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary.

Delivery Charges:- We offer shipping on all inter-city orders. However, a nominal flat rate fee of $20 is estimated for handling and shipping on all orders, which is waivable for bulk orders. This fee helps us ensure your sweets are carefully packaged and promptly delivered to you.

Packaging & Freshness:- Our team takes great care in preparing and packaging your sweets. We use quality packaging materials to maintain freshness and quality during transit.

Track Your Order:- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery.

Delivery Partners:- We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your orders reach you on time and in perfect condition.

Shipping Restrictions:- Currently, we only ship within Canada.
